Court reporting

Court reporting with names attached.

Stenographic depositions, scheduled by a small team that reads the notice, confirms the details, and picks up when you call.

What we do

Court reporting, and the pieces around it.

We cover depositions, examinations under oath, and hearings with certified stenographic reporters. When a job needs more, we arrange it and keep it on one invoice.

  • Depositions and examinations under oath

In person, remote, or hybrid — covered by a stenographic reporter, every time.

  • Realtime and rough drafts

A live feed to your screen during the proceeding, or a same-day unedited draft when you can't wait for the certified transcript.

  • Videography and interpreting

Legal videographers and court interpreters, arranged and coordinated so you make one call, not three.

  • Arbitrations and hearings

Coverage beyond the deposition, held to the same standard and the same reporters.

Commitments

What we put in writing.

  1. Stenographic only. Every Wren job is covered by a stenographic reporter. If we can't staff one, we tell you. We don't quietly substitute a digital recorder.

  2. A confirmed reporter, . You'll have a name and a number to call, not a ticket in a queue.

  3. The rates in writing, before the job. Before your deposition is scheduled, you get the rates that apply to it — appearance, page rate, and any surcharge the job triggers. Nothing lands on the invoice that wasn't on that confirmation, unless you change the job.

  4. Our reporters are paid, cancellations included. The people covering your record aren't absorbing your calendar changes. That's why they pick up when we call.
