This notice covers what wrenlit.com does today. We are finalizing a fuller policy with counsel; if anything below changes, we'll update the date above.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into our forms. On the scheduling form that is the case caption, deponent, date and time, location, noticing firm, your name, email, phone, requested services, and any notes. On the reporter form it is your name, contact details, licenses and certifications, capabilities, coverage, availability, references, and notes. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, tax IDs, or bank details through this site.

How it reaches us

Form submissions are delivered to us by email through our forms processor, Formspree. They are subject to Formspree's handling in transit and to your email provider's and ours at rest. We use the information only to respond, to schedule or coordinate work, and to keep in touch about it.

Sharing

We do not sell your information or share it for advertising. We share details only as needed to perform the work you've asked for — for example, giving a reporter the job details — and as required by law.

Case materials

Transcripts, exhibits, and recordings are handled as confidential and shared only with the parties entitled to them. We use secure delivery and retain records according to our retention practices.

Your record and AI

Wren does not sell, license, or supply transcripts, exhibits, or audio to AI developers, and we do not use your record to train or improve any model.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete a form submission, by emailing info@wrenlit.com.
